整體酒店本來感覺很不錯的，房間比較精致，就是這浴簾臟的讓人惡心！！！然后晚上睡覺了才是噩夢，因為毫無隔音，早上6.7點開始就別想睡了！對于睡眠質量要求高的人來説簡直太難受了

Standards for four-star hotels can vary significantly from one country or region to another, and this often leads to very different expectations for travelers who are familiar with the rating systems in their own countries. What is considered a four-star experience in China, for example, may not align perfectly with what you will find in Vietnam. With that in mind, the Sen Grand Hotel & Spa Managed by Sen Group in Hanoi offers a stay that I would describe as neither particularly impressive nor particularly disappointing—somewhere comfortably in the middle. The hotel does have a few positive points worth mentioning. One of the main advantages is its location. It is situated fairly close to a main road, making it convenient for guests who want quick access to transportation, nearby shops, and general city activity. This can be especially useful if you plan to explore Hanoi frequently or rely on ride-hailing services. Additionally, the area around the hotel has no shortage of dining options. You will find many restaurants and small eateries right at the doorstep, which makes it easy to grab a meal at almost any time without having to travel far. However, like many mid-range hotels in Southeast Asia, the Sen Grand Hotel & Spa does have some shortcomings. The most noticeable issue is the water pressure during showers. Guests who prefer strong water flow may find the shower experience somewhat underwhelming, especially during peak hours. While this is not a severe flaw, it does impact the overall comfort level of the stay and may be something to keep in mind if consistent hot water and strong pressure are important to you. Aside from the water pressure, there are no major defects or serious problems with the hotel. The rooms are generally clean, the basic amenities function as expected, and the service is acceptable for a hotel in this price range. It may not offer the refined details or higher-end comfort that travelers would expect from a four-star hotel in China, but it does provide a practical and reasonably comfortable place to stay if your expectations are aligned with local standards. In terms of atmosphere, the hotel strikes a balance between simplicity and functionality. It does not deliver a luxurious experience, but it also does not fall short in any critical area. For travelers who prioritize convenience, accessibility, and basic comfort over premium facilities, this hotel meets the needs sufficiently. Overall, if you have alternative choices, you may consider comparing your options, especially if you are looking for amenities that match Chinese four-star standards more closely. However, if your choices are limited or you simply need a decent, reliable place to stay in Hanoi without major concerns, the Sen Grand Hotel & Spa is a reasonable option. It offers a straightforward experience that fulfills the essential requirements of a short or medium-length stay.

位置：在主路旁邊的岔路里麪，定位也好找環境：老街道的景觀，不會吵鬧，安靜衞生：房間按時打掃和收拾。但601房間廁所異味很大，不會消散，懷疑是漏水泡著地板發臭或者是下水道返味早餐：可選不多，河粉挺好吃，黃桃酥挺好吃的服務：前臺會英文溝通，熱情客氣，grab可送上房間

A really nice hotel with friendly and attentive staff. The rooms were spacious and luxurious, and the restaurant serves nice food for a good price. Lan Anh and Thao at the reception were lovely and always happy to help me with anything I needed including local recommendations. The staff spoke good English.

地點在河內巷內但出來大馬路后還算滿方便,算是家有點時間的酒店,滿乾凈的床好睡,但健身房與泳池可能有點年份,與照片不太像,應該有改善的空間,早餐還滿好吃的
